Steve returns to Waring after serving as Interim Head of School at Proctor Academy, where he had also been Head of School from 1995 to 2005. An experienced leader and educator, Steve has led three independent schools committed to innovative teaching and diverse learners, including Jemicy School and The Carroll School. He holds a Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from Colgate University. At Waring, Steve will teach Neuroscience to seniors, bringing his deep expertise in brain science and education. He lives in Gloucester with his wife, Sarah, and continues to teach graduate courses at Endicott College.
