Reena brings a human-centered and wide-ranging approach to her work in equity and belonging, With a background in nursing, education, and the arts, she has led DEI strategy in both public and independent schools, most recently as Director of Community and Belonging at Derby Academy. Reena holds a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy from Boston College and integrates her passions for justice, storytelling, and community building into all she does. A global citizen, Reena is guided by values of love, honesty, and radical compassion. Reena is also a fluent Gujarati speaker, a dedicated community volunteer, and a trained pastry chef.
