Rebecca Reed chairs Waring’s Mathematics Department, bringing a decade of teaching experience across STEM disciplines and a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from USC. She is passionate about connecting math to real-world applications, guiding students in data analysis projects and Python programming, and exploring innovative tools like Airtable for organizing information. Rebecca also draws on professional experience in Customer Success at a biotech startup. Outside the classroom, she enjoys family life with her young children, running, hiking, yoga, and playing ice hockey.
