Elizabeth is Waring’s Theatre Director and a teacher in the school’s Theatre and Writing Departments. Elizabeth earned a BA from Sarah Lawrence College in Theater Education and Performance and Developmental Psychology. After Sarah Lawrence, she continued her studies at the Actors Studio Drama School where she earned her Masters in Playwriting. When not reveling in the joys of collaborating with Waring’s thoughtful, creative, kind, and super-talented students, Elizabeth enjoys writing plays and memoir pieces, community activism, oenology, and low-stakes hiking. She joined Waring in 2013.
