Courtney is a person-centered educator who brings compassion, leadership, and organization to all aspects of her life. With a BA in English Education from the University of Rhode Island and graduate work in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University, Courtney has honed her expertise as a Learning Specialist and Assistant Director at Fusion Academy in San Mateo, CA, and more recently as President of the Parent Association at Glen Urquhart School. She has deep experience working with neurodiverse student populations and supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, and she is passionate about human development, lifelong learning, and making people feel seen and happy. Outside of school, Courtney loves traveling and hiking with her three young children, hosting elaborate celebrations with friends, and playing the cello.
