Meet Tim:
Tim joined Waring’s Science and Math Departments after teaching stints at Milton and Somerville High Schools. He obtained a BA degree in Biology from Boston University and a Master of Education degree from Lesley University. Tim teaches because he wants students to know that everyone is continuously growing. He often reminds his students that no one is born "good" at something–they improve through hard work.

In his free time, Tim is a volunteer counselor for inner city youth. He also enjoys painting (landscapes and scale models), board games, and cooking. Tim joined Waring in 2018.
