The Waring School Parents' Group exists to support and enhance the overall student and parent environment. We are committed to fostering a strong sense of community through the cultivation of friendships, the promotion of school unity, and the sharing of cultural learning.

Every parent or guardian of a Waring student is a member of the Parents' Group. At the beginning of the school year, each family automatically makes a $25.00 contribution. These dues help pay for a variety of Parents' Group activities throughout the year.

Parents' Group Coffees and Teas
Parents' Group hosts coffees and teas throughout the year. These events provide a time and place for parents to meet and discuss topics relevant to their children’s lives, and to learn more about the nuts and bolts of being a Waring parent. Look for the dates on the school's Main Calendar. Details and updates will also be posted on the website, published in Le Mois, and listed in the Waring Weekly email updates.

Parent Education Speaker Series
The Waring community periodically welcomes speakers to Waring. They will present on relevant topics determined by the Waring parents, faculty and administration.

If you are interested in becoming more involved with the Parents' Group or helping out at school, please contact Craig or Stephanie. Waring School relies on the generous efforts of many people and volunteering is just one way to help out! Whether it is once a week, once a month, or even just a couple of times a year, it is all hugely appreciated!
