Every fall, we invite Grandparents and Special Friends of Waring School students to come visit our campus, attend classes and enjoy a special luncheon. This year, we will host Grandparents and Special Friends Day on Friday, October 21st.
Included in this packet, you will find our featured reading, a selection from this summer’s All-School book, “The Juniper Tree”; directions to Waring School and a map of our campus. We request that you read the enclosed speech before coming to Waring so that you are prepared to engage in a discussion with students and faculty. Feel free to make notes or raise questions in the margins of your reading.
Please note: The Waring School campus is made up of five buildings that require walking outdoors to get to each location. We suggest you wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella in case of rain.
If you are planning to come this year, please RSVP to 978.927.8793 or to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, please let us know if you have any special dietary or transportation needs that we should be aware of. We look forward to your visit!
