Senior Reid Bradshaw ‘17 and Junior Tano Barendsen-Rossi ’18 attended the National Association for Music Education’s (NAfME)2016 All-National Honor Ensemblesas tenors in the Mixed Choir. This is the first year that Waring School will have multiple participants in this highly selective event. Both Reid and Tano were required to audition and be selected for both Districts and All-State Festivals last year before then being considered for All-Nationals through the submission of a demanding video audition.
The NAfME All-National Honor Ensembles represents the top performing high school musicians in the United States. The 2016 ANHE Concert was held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Conference Center on November 13, 2016.
