The Year of the Writer @Waring
The art of written expression has been an essential part of the Waring School curriculum from the school’s inception. Twenty-five years ago, a group of inspired teachers and writers founded the North Shore Writer’s Conference at Waring as a way to nurture emerging writers. To celebrate this event and Waring School’s deep commitment to writing excellence we offer 2011-12 as “The Year of the Writer @Waring”. Please join the celebration by sharing the experience of our students at events open to the whole Waring community!
